Custom CRM development for your sales team.
A custom CRM knows your customers, your quotes and your route from first call to signed order, because it’s built for exactly that. It works like a ready-made CRM, costs what a standard solution would and has no licence per head. Worth it from about 10 staff, when your sales process doesn’t fit the fields of a standard CRM.
Thanks for watching.
- Who it’s for
- Businesses with about 10 staff or more and their own way of selling
- Result
- Your own CRM with your data and reports
- Duration
- around 6 weeks to the switch-over
- Price
- from €4,900 per sprint
- Start
- intro call, then a strategy workshop
Where it pays off
- Customers are in Outlook, quotes in Word and the status in the salesperson’s head. If they’re off for two weeks, nobody knows who’s waiting for a quote.
- Your CRM has 40 fields and people fill in five. Everything else lives in a spreadsheet next to it.
- You sell through projects or framework agreements, and your CRM only knows contacts and deals.
- Follow-ups happen when someone remembers. Open quotes only stand out once the customer has signed elsewhere.
When a standard CRM is enough
Often a ready-made CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho does the job. That’s usually the case when:
- your sales follow the usual route of enquiry, quote and order,
- only a few people use it and the licences stay manageable,
- you mainly need a clean contact list that works with email and calendar.
What goes into the CRM
If your current CRM mostly fits, we can also build just the missing piece and connect it. For a CRM of your own, this is what goes in:
| Data | From | What happens to it |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts and companies | Outlook, spreadsheets, your current CRM | duplicates are merged during the move |
| Enquiries | email, web form, phone | arrive as a case with source and owner |
| Quotes | your templates and price lists | are created in the CRM and stay linked to the customer |
| Follow-ups | rules you set | a reminder to the owner, draft email included |
| Reports | all cases | open quotes, win rate and revenue by source, every week |

What it costs
- Intro call30 minutesfree
You tell us where things get stuck, and we dig deeper. Afterwards you know where AI is worth it for you. No risk, no obligation.
- Strategy workshopworking out with your team what we’ll buildfrom €2,970
Together with your team, we decide what gets built first. Because everyone has a say, the solution actually gets used later on.
- Sprint2 weeks, fixed pricefrom €4,900
In two weeks you get a finished result at a fixed price, and your team uses it straight away. Then you decide whether another sprint follows. No long tie-in.
- Ongoing sparringoptional, 90 minutes + monthly report, minimum 6 monthsfrom €490 / month
Once a month, 90 minutes one-to-one, followed by a monthly report. Over at least six months we can plan further ahead, spot new opportunities early and see what really works.
Limits and responsibility
- A CRM doesn’t replace sales discipline. If nobody enters anything, the nicest screen won’t help, which is why we keep required fields to a minimum.
- We connect email and calendar through your providers’ interfaces. What an interface doesn’t offer, we can’t conjure up, and we say so beforehand.
- Customer data sits on servers in the EU wherever possible. You decide who can see which customers.

Frequently asked questions
Is a bespoke CRM worth it for a small company?+
As soon as more than one person sells or looks after customers, a CRM usually is. For a team of three, a ready-made CRM on a cheaper plan is often enough. Your own pays off when your sales run differently from what the standard expects.
What does CRM automation mean with you, in practice?+
Enquiries become cases automatically, quotes are prepared from your templates and the system reminds people to follow up. Whatever goes out to customers is still sent by a person.
Can the CRM talk to our accounting software?+
If your accounting software has an interface or an import, yes. Then a won quote becomes the invoice without retyping.
And if we want a standard CRM later after all?+
Then you take your data with you. It belongs to you and can be exported in full at any time.
