We do custom software development and AI automation for businesses in the USA with about 10 staff and up. We work from Vienna and mostly remotely: calls in your morning, sprints by video and the workshop online or at your office, as you prefer.
Thanks for watching.
New York is six hours behind Vienna, Chicago and Austin seven. That leaves a shared window every working day: 9 a.m. to noon in New York, or 8 to 11 a.m. in Chicago and Austin, is 3 to 6 p.m. for us.
For about four weeks a year the gap is one hour smaller. The US changes its clocks on the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, Europe on the last Sundays of March and October.
The SBA counts 36.2 million small businesses in the US, firms with fewer than 500 employees, and together they employ 62.3 million people, 45.9 per cent of private sector workers (SBA Office of Advocacy, 2026). We work with the firms in that group that have 10 or more people, where retyping between programs already costs real hours every week.
For them we build software that’s ready to use like a standard product, made for their processes only, at the price of an off-the-shelf tool.
You tell us where things get stuck, and we dig deeper. Afterwards you know where AI is worth it for you. No risk, no obligation.
After the call you see what AI can do with a real example from your business. So you’re deciding on something you can get your hands on, not on slides.
We map out your processes and work out the effort, savings and payback for each improvement. That way you only invest where it pays off. If you go ahead with us, the cost of the plan is credited.
In two weeks you get a finished result at a fixed price, and your team uses it straight away. Then you decide whether another sprint follows. No long tie-in.
Once a month, 90 minutes one-to-one, followed by a monthly report. Over at least six months we can plan further ahead, spot new opportunities early and see what really works.
Construction employs about 8.4 million people in the US and wholesale trade about 6.1 million (BLS, September 2026):

The strategist with a cool head. When everything seems equally important, Maciej tells you what comes first and makes sure your team is on board.
No. We work from Vienna, and US projects run remotely. If you’d rather hold the workshop in person, that works too.
On EU servers wherever possible, and your data isn’t used to train public AI models. Which US rules apply to your data is something we clarify with you and your legal adviser before we build anything.
Euros. Every sprint has a fixed price before it starts, so you know the figure before you commit.
Yes. Plenty of businesses start with one automation that pays off quickly. That’s a single sprint, and afterwards you decide whether another one follows.
Let’s take the next step. Now.
