We’re an AI automation agency based in Vienna, and we work in English with UK businesses of about 10 staff and up. Most of the work runs by video. The workshop and the handover can happen at your premises or online, whichever suits you.

How we work with UK businesses
- The intro call happens by video. After it, you get a first prototype, built on a real example from your business.
- The strategy workshop takes place at your premises or by video, whichever your team prefers.
- The sprints run by video. Each lasts two weeks and ends with something your team can use straight away.
- At the handover we train your team, in person or by video, so nobody is left alone with a new tool.

At the start of 2025 the UK had 5.7 million private sector businesses. 220,085 of them employed between 10 and 49 people and 38,435 between 50 and 249 (Department for Business and Trade, Business Population Estimates 2025). That’s our range: big enough to lose hours every week to copying data between programs, too small to keep its own developers.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in the UK?+
No. We’re based in Vienna and mostly work by video. If you’d like the workshop or the training in person, we come to you.
Where is our data stored, and is that allowed under the UK GDPR?+
On EU servers wherever possible. The ICO lists every EEA country, Austria included, as having full UK adequacy, so personal data can go there without extra transfer safeguards. We sign a data processing agreement, and your data isn’t used to train public AI models.
How does the time difference work?+
The UK is one hour behind Vienna all year, because both change their clocks on the last Sundays of March and October. Your 9 a.m. is our 10 a.m.
