AI automation for your business workflows.
As an AI automation agency, we hand the work that runs the same way every week to a system: reading emails, moving data, matching receipts, drafting replies. A person checks wherever a mistake would cost money. For businesses with about 10 staff or more that don’t want to hire someone just for this.
Thanks for watching.

- Result

- Price
- from €4,900 per sprint
- Start
- free intro call
Where it pays off
- Orders arrive by email, as a PDF or through a portal, and someone types them into the system one by one.
- The same customer data lives in the shop, in the accounts and in a spreadsheet. None of them is quite right.
- Every Monday someone pulls the same report together from three programs and emails it to the managing director.
One process, start to finish
Take an order that arrives by email:
| Step | Today | Automated |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival | The email with the PDF order sits in the inbox until someone has time | The system spots the order and reads customer, items, quantities and delivery date |
| Checking | Someone compares it with the price list and stock, if they remember | Discrepancies are flagged, such as an unknown item or a different price |
| Sign-off | often skipped | A person confirms with one click or corrects it |
| Result | The order gets typed up in the evening | The order is in your stock or ERP system and the confirmation goes to the customer |
Systems and control
Classic business process automation follows fixed rules. AI comes in where a person used to have to read something: an email, a PDF, a note from a phone call. For the workflow itself we use whatever suits the job, for example n8n or our own code.
We connect what you already have: inbox, stock system, accounts, CRM, spreadsheets. If a program has an interface, we use it. If it doesn’t, the data usually flows through an import or export. What runs at the end works like finished software, only built for your process and at the price of a standard solution.
At first a person checks every case. Once the results have been right for weeks, only the flagged ones.
From the first case to everyday use
Show us the process at the start
In the intro call you show us a real case on screen, from arrival to result. Afterwards, a prototype runs through exactly that case.

Work out the order Week 1–2, optional
If several processes are candidates, the AI investment plan works out which one pays for itself first.
from €1,490, credited
Sprint 2 weeks
We build the process with a check step and run it alongside the old way until the results are right.
from €4,900, fixed price
Running it afterwards
You get documentation, logins and an alert when a run gets stuck. Who deals with it then, your team or us, we agree in advance.

What it costs
- Intro call30 minutesfree
You tell us where things get stuck, and we dig deeper. Afterwards you know where AI is worth it for you. No risk, no obligation.
- First prototypeafter the callfree
After the call you see what AI can do with a real example from your business. So you’re deciding on something you can get your hands on, not on slides.
- AI investment planfixed price, credited if you go aheadfrom €1,490
We map out your processes and work out the effort, savings and payback for each improvement. That way you only invest where it pays off. If you go ahead with us, the cost of the plan is credited.
- Sprint2 weeks, fixed pricefrom €4,900
In two weeks you get a finished result at a fixed price, and your team uses it straight away. Then you decide whether another sprint follows. No long tie-in.
Limits and responsibility
- We automate what happens often enough. Something that comes up twice a month is usually better left as handwork.
- AI reads and suggests. Anything that touches money, customers or contracts is signed off by a person on your side.
- If a program changes its interface, the automation has to follow. Who takes care of that is agreed in writing.
- Processing happens on servers in the EU wherever possible. Your data doesn’t train any public AI model.

Frequently asked questions
Which processes suit AI automation?+
The ones that happen often, follow recognisable rules and mean typing today. A good test: could you explain the process to a new colleague in ten minutes? Then a system can usually take it on too.
Do we need an agency, or can we do it ourselves?+
Simple links between two programs you can often build yourselves with ready-made tools, and sometimes that’s exactly what we advise. AI automation services from an agency pay off when several programs are involved, mistakes cost money or nobody on the team has time to maintain it.
What happens if the system gets something wrong?+
Cases it can’t read with confidence land with you, flagged, and stay out of the program. Every correction shows us where the rules need tightening.
When does it pay for itself?+
We work that out beforehand with your numbers: how often, how long, who. We only recommend what usually pays for itself within 12 months.
